The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and I could feel the springs. Additionally, the toilet leaked continuously, which was not addressed despite reporting it. I changed hotels upon check-out due to these issues.

However, the elevator was out of order during my stay, making it challenging to manage my luggage to the second floor. The noise from a neighboring dog also disrupted my rest.

so disappointed at Homewood Suites, I honestly almost gave it a good review but couldn’t. the shower was fabulous but the king suite I stayed in smelled like fish, not exactly a welcome aroma. also, I expected a room upgrade due to all this inconvenience, just standard treatment here I suppose.
